The cabin overlooks this quaint valley and is only minutes away from outdoor adventures in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. Nearby attractions include mountain biking and hiking in Tsali Recreation Area, white water rafting in the Nantahala Gorge, fishing and water sports in Fontana Lake, exploring Fontana Dam, skiing Maggie Valley, hiking on the famed Appalachian Trail, casino gambling in Cherokee, and sightseeing in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, on the Cherohala Skyway, in Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, at the Stecoah Valley Center, and on the Tail of the Dragon sportscar and motorcycle thrill ride.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin sleeps 6 (maximum occupancy) and is available year-round. Central air conditioning and heat make it comfortable in all seasons. A large deck offers a spectacular view of Lower Stecoah Valley. Cabin includes a heat-o-later fireplace, televisions with satellite, and full, newly remodeled kitchen with dishwasher.
